Regardless matter whether you work part-time or full-time, the pricing remains the same. Employee costs are determined on an individual basis and are influenced by age, province of residence, and marital status (e.g. if coverage is required for a Family or Couple).
Are there any requirement for eligibility?
There aren't any. Enrollment is guaranteed, and there is no need to fill out a medical questionnaire.
Are there benefit maximums for each employee?
Yes, all maximums mentioned apply to each enrolled employee.
How do I apply?
For the employer, there is only one master enrolment form (which helps to enrol future employees). There is also one enrolment form per employee.
